I did have 2018 installed before successfully, deleted that and used the offical cleaner tool to delete anything leftover maybe and manually deleted the /Library/Adobe/SL thing as well like suggested. I also tried with logging out of CreativeCloud and patching again like I saw suggested somewhere but that didn't seem to help either.
